Sales Control

In 2002 we opened our first Head Office in St Edmunds House, we later moved to a brand new building in Grange Park (Independent House), this houses our unique Sales Control Centre in Northampton, which is where our full time professional sales progressors are based.

Our two dedicated Sales Control Centres in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire are focused on providing a dedicated after sales service to people who have sold a property through O’Riordan Bond Estate Agents, or have chosen to use the services of a law firm who sit on the panel of O’Riordan Bond Referral Centre.

O’Riordan Bond Head Office is also focused on IT and Marketing, HR, training and support, and houses the Company's Operations and Accounts Department.

Wide Area Network

Independent House also houses the central file servers for the O’Riordan Bond wide area network. Most of 2003 was taken up installing the central farm of eight file servers in St Edmunds House, and now, after careful strategic planning,they have been moved to Independent House and have been upgraded to a state of the art Citrix solution, a £200,000 investment in what O'Riordan Bond believes is the way forward. This builds on O’Riordan Bonds’ initial £500,000 plus IT investment which the Company is constantly reviewing to ensure the most recent technology can be utilised.

All twenty O’Riordan Bond offices use the latest broadband technology to work off a single database which means each property is instantly marketed from all O’Riordan Bond branches in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire the minute it goes onto the market. Each of O’Riordan Bond's one hundred staff has their own e-mail address and is able to email or SMS (text) property information straight through to prospective purchasers.
